QCD phase diagram: overview of recent lattice results

Two parameters that have a strong influence on the finite temperature QCDtransition, and play an important role in various physical scenarios are thequark density and the external magnetic field. The effect of these parameterson the thermal properties of QCD is discussed, and an overview of the latestlattice results is given.
